This is the question that necessarily needs to be at the top of this section. I'm a serious developer, with a lot of experience who is seeking to grow his freelancing business. With
that objective in mind, I try to do continued businesses with my clients because it is easier to work with an existing client than getting new clients.
For that reason, I cannot allow myself to deliver poor quality work because that will vanish the possibilities to continue doing business with a client. That being said, you can check
out my Upwork profile where you will see that I'm a top rated plus
freelancer with 100% Job Sucess rate. You can read some of the comments of my previous employers and convince yourself that I consistently deliver quality work.
There are several things you need to consider before deciding what is more convenient for your particular purposes. Hiring employees from an agency might be more expensive, but If you
have a large company and you need to fill a full-time position, that might be a good option.
On the other hand, if you have a small or medium size company and you need help on a particular project, hiring a solo freelancer surely will be more convenient. Not only because it
is more affordable, but also because it is a more flexible option as you can request the services of the freelancer as you need it for your ongoing projects. Just keep in mind that
long-term relations benefit both, employers and employees.
I usually get paid by the hour. My hourly rate varies depending on the task that you need:
Web Development: $25 USD / hr
Desktop Development: $30 USD / hr
Data Analysis: $35 USD / hr
I can work on short term, one-time projects starting at $100 USD and I can also work on long term projects, recurring projects.
The easiest way to hire me for a project is by contacting me through this website. Just send me a message
explaining what your project is about and I will get in touch with you ASAP. After we talk in detail about the project and discuss the terms, if we both agree, then you can consider
it done! If you want to hire me through other third part platforms, then you will need to setup and adjudicate a project on the platform of your choice (Upwork.com or Guru.com).
For small, fixed price projects, I will request that you do a first payment for half of the agreed total. You can pay the other half once you have checked and approved the
totality of the work.
For larger, fixed price projects, we will divide the project into several milestones. After each milestone is completed, I will request the agreed payment of the milestone.
For hourly projects, I will start working and after 10 hours of work, I will send you evidence of the progress and I will request the payment for that amount of hours.
The most common platforms I have used for previous projects are the following:
Tools for Desktop Development: C#, VB.NET, etc.
All Office programs mainly: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, advanced VBA tools, etc.
Other Microsoft technologies: Power Query, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
Tools for Web Development: HTML, CSS and Javascript, Bootstrap, Flexgrid, React.js, React-redux, etc.
Google Technologies: Advanced Google Sheets, App Script, Google APIs.
Mathematics and Data Analysis: Python and related libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib), Matlab, R, etc.
By no means I'm expert in everything. Here I have a list of technologies I don't handle. If you have a project that requires any of the following, I might not be the best fit.
iOS/Android development (Flutter, Android Studio, etc.)
Backend related programming other than Express.js.
AWS or Azure management tasks
Mongo DB, Aurora DB and other database management systems
Java and related frameworks.
Do not hesitate to contact me. I'm always excited to start new projects!
Are you ready?
We always are!
